El proyecto Gestoil, “Desarrollo de un sistema de gestión de combustibles para caracterización y mejora de las prácticas de consumo de combustible en barcos de pesca” tiene como objetivo mejorar el rendimiento energético en buques de pesca mediante el desarrollo de un sistema de gestión de consumo de combustible que permita al patrón mejoras de la propia estrategia de la actividad pesquera (patrón de explotación).

El principal objetivo de este proyecto es reducir el consumo de combustible en buques de los segmentos de cacea, cebo vivo y arrastre.
